2 PED 2019 log 6

on Wednesday we played volley ball i demonstrated social responsibility level 3 by having self direction in my actions and setting goals for my self ,for example my goal was to be able to spike the ball during the game of volley ball, unfortunately i wasn't able to do a proper spike during the game ,but i did have an attempt and made the ball go out of bounds ,in my eye i was able to spike the ball but not be able to execute is well enough to gain a point.

i also had a big impact in my team because i Showed positive contribution to my teammates.
by showing self direction which is being responsible and following instructions from my teammates, for example i went along with my teammates plans and ideas to help the team function properly.

all these things help me demonstrate social responsibility level 3.

2 PED 2019 log 5

on Monday i was playing dodge ball, i demonstrated social responsibility level 4 ,because i was enthusiastic and positive about the session ,i was very engaged in the session which made me communicate with the other students and co-operative when it came to strategies.

something i had a big impact on was strategies and being a team player ,i was looking out for my teammates and also being able to put in ideas and strategies for my teams ,for example i gave an offensive strategies ,the strategy was gather all the dodge ball and focus all on one target to make sure you have the best chances of getting the other teams players out, this meant i was i was doing as much as possible for my team to get them the win .

2 PED 2019 log 4



last Monday we had played a game of basketball (invasion sport),I had demonstrated social responsibility level 4, by talking through my team about positioning and zone defense throughout the games we played a good zone defense closing up the opposition from getting into a scoring position by playing a 2-3 defense closing up the front of the key with two player and having another two players on the outer sides of the semi circle and the tallest player under the basketball rim for a better chance of defensive rebounds.  

when my team would be out we would discuses a better way to stop the opposition from scoring while also planning on how we were going to make points, this was crucial because some members of my team still didn't have a good understanding on play making and positioning ,

i think i had an impact on my team when it came to offense because throughout my team i have the most basketball experience this meant i had to be the ball carrier and play maker for a good amount of our session.

last Monday we had played a game of basketball (invasion sport),i had demonstrated social responsibility at level 4, by talking through my team about positioning and man on man defense this aloud my team to stop the opposition from getting near the paint to make points and having to force them to shoot outside the three point line ,this was crucial for my team because he lead to my having the upper hand when it came to defense ,i had a big impact on my team because i was a point scorer ,ball carrier and i was a play maker to get my other teammates to score, because i have experience playing basketball this gave my team a upper hand on offense as well as defense.

During our game of modified touch (invasion sport),i demonstrated social responsibility level 3 by using my team with our strategies,for example we tried drag the players out and creating openings for a try,we also tried creating miss matches ,i came out with strategies to tell my teammate and got them to try harder when playing ,if we lost a game and rotated to the side ,we reflected on what we did wrong and came up with more plans to fix what went wrong and how we can prevent it from happening again,i personally demonstrated leadership in my team calling the plays and being the ball carrier most of the time unless we try switch up the play.

During my game of modified touch  (invasion sport)i had preformed at level 3 in social responsibility , I demonstrated social responsibility by talking through my team for positioning and strategies for example talking about our teams positioning ,trying to get them to drag out their players, when we are playing offense to create space for passing and a free run though to the try line, we also talked about our defensive strategies for example ,man on man defensed and lined defense ,where you just stand on the try line and wait for the offense to come to you while playing man on man, we also made a strategy to mark players that are around the same level as your own for example ,while versing the other team I had to mark the fastest player because in my team I was the fastest ,so there wouldn't be any miss matches through out the team for example putting a slow player against a fast player.

last Friday during our game of kickball the two factors that influenced my participation were social factor and aesthetic appeal

social factor was one because it is a game i tend to enjoy playing because of how many students are competitive and got going in the game and there is never a team that is better then the other.

aesthetic appeal was another one because it is a great feeling getting an opponent out knowing that you are getting players out not letting them make anymore points or eliminating there lives.
